As early as the 1950’s, certain Jewish pre-schools in England and the United States began incorporating Montessori methods and materials into their classrooms. Over the years, these pioneering teachers began developing Hebrew Language materials for use in Montessori-inspired classrooms, but they were still very much on their own. All materials were designed by Dini Freundlich, who is both a Certified Montessori Educator and Licensed Traditional Teacher. Over the past five years, she has tested these and similar materials with her students and has had wonderful results. Our products are designed specifically for a Jewish Montessori classroom, however all of our educational materials can be seamlessly incorporated into a traditional classroom, Junior Congregation, or home-school setting.

Alef-Bet In The Sack - For many years, the Sack System of Letters have been part of the foundation of the rich Montessori language program. It is therefore with great pleasure that we offer this highly successful educational tool in Hebrew. The Embroidered Hebrew letters on each sack is the heart of the system. In the Sack there are objects that start with the first letter on that sack. The object is to get all the objects into the correct sack. When the user can accomplish that - they are ready to read Hebrew! It's fun - It's Challenging - and best of all it works!!
