Q. Does all TES software work on systems outside of Israel?
A. Yes, all TES software will work on systems without any modification or additional Hardware. 

Q. When you say THIRTY DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE what do you mean?
A. TES is guaranteeing their (TES) software to perform as specified in its literature. Should a program not work technically or any media included with the package not perform as promised, TES offers a full money back refund. Hardware and software products not exclusive to TES are subject to the return policies of the original manufacturer. DOWNLOADS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Q. What happens if I buy some software, and I just do not like it, what is TES policy?
A. TES wants you to be satisfied. Therefore if you bought a TES exclusive software product directly from TES, TES will take back the program which you do not like and credit you the FULL AMOUNT against another TES program. Kindly note TES cannot dictate to our wholesale accounts what return policy to have. However if your Bookstore or Computer store is giving you a tough time just give us a ring we will try to help you. Also, TES is not responsible for the return polices of products that are not exclusive to TES.

Q. What if I buy software from you and I see it advertised elsewhere for less, what is TES policy?
A. TES guarantees you the lowest price for a period of thirty days from purchase of a TES exclusive software product. Should you find the exact item you bought advertised for less, and TES can purchase it for that price TES will refund you the difference plus issue you a $10 gift certificate good at TES. 

Q. Am I allowed to copy for a friend and give it to him without charging money?
A. Rav Elyashiv of Jerusalem Israel ruled it is theft, and forbidden to copy.

A. This is probably the most asked question, and the answer is, you are welcome to join. Q. Lastly... What is your shipping policy? 
A. This is probably the second most asked question, and the answer is, we have FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling $79 or more before tax. The FREE SHIPPING only applies to orders shipped in the Continental USA. If the item is Extra Bulky there may be a charge and we will notify you. TES is not be responsible for International Tarrifs, Taxes or Fees. IMPORTANT to get the Free Shipping Option the customer must click on that option during checkout.
