This is a great little book for finding interesting ways to cook for Passover. I found the receipes easy to read and follow.

All of the suggestions made by the authors have helped me minimize disasters in the kitchen. I find the receipes to also taste good. I haven't cooked everything in it, but the things I have over the past several years have been a hit.

The Matza version of Mac and Cheese is a great example of a simple dish that folks (vegetarians and not) kept going back for seconds. Some of dishes may initially look strange when preparing them but they turn out great looking and great tasting.

The way the authors describe how to "prepare the matza" is the key to everything. It was a little time consuming in the beginning but become easier as you make more dishes. Great book!
